I own a Transportation Company in Pennsylvania, Taxes and Payroll for the drivers and employees is not easy at all in this business. There are only few people, those who understands the business. In last two years lot of companies has been shut down by IRS due to tax issues which caused them millions of dollars and bad reputation. So I was really worried about finding a good CPA, (because I was deducting the taxes from employees and I was behind 4 months because I couldn’t find a good CPA) One of my friend referred me to NK Tax & Accounting Solutions. So, I set up an appointment. To make the long story short, I explained them my business and what I want and don’t want. We understood each other quickly and I got the feeling that they are not too big (I didn’t wanted to go with big firm) and the firm is really about customer service and results oriented. they quickly put me with the people I be dealing with on weekly basis.

The organization has been preparing our corporate tax documents, our personal tax documents, and starting with this year the tax documents for a non-profit 501(c)3 community organization for whom I am the treasurer. NK Tax and Accounting Solutions have been our accountants for about 7 years. We moved out of the area continued to use them. In 2015 we decided to try somebody local instead, so that we could get plugged into our new community. Not only did the accounting firm in our new area not file on time resulting in penalties, we found out when we rehired NK Tax &Accounting Solutions team to do our 2016 return that the late return was actually incorrect and had to be refiled. Natalia is available by phone all the time, gets back to us quickly, and we have never had a problem with anything that he is done for us. Because we have multi-state, business, our returns are rather complicated. Natalia does a fantastic job. But it’s not just during tax time that they are available to us. Anytime we have a question, we send an email and within a day we have an answer. We will not make the mistake again of going anywhere else.
